Where possible multiple purchases will be sent in one package to reduce costs. All signed displays will be sent in top quality board backed 'Please do not bend' envelopes to protect the display in transit. |
Foreign Postage : All items are sent as standard 'Small Packets' or 'Printed Papers' to reduce costs with the postage charges the same as standard UK prices. If you require International Signed For the fee payable in addition to postage is £4.00. If your international signed for item is lost or damaged, compensation is up to a maximum of £32.00. If further compensation is required there is an extra charge of £2.00 giving compensation of either £250 or £500 (depending on the country). International Signed For and Additional Compensation can be purchased from the main category list by adding the required service to your shopping cart. |
CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY
If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) you can notify us by email to signedfootball@yahoo.co.uk before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 1.1 below.
1.1 You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
1.2 Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.
1.3 The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 1.2 will not apply in the following circumstances: -
The goods have been damaged by you or are not in their original state.
NB – we do not post framed items. The frames seen on the website are for display purposes only and are not included as part of the purchase price.
All purchases come with a Certificate of Authenticity (index cards on request only).
